Description

The Elan Ace SL Incl Protector Binding is a race-oriented men’s ski designed for short, technical turns on groomed slopes. At 169 cm, it’s built to help skiers carve quick arcs with precision and control, whether training on hard snow or taking tight lines down the fall line.

Thanks to its 13.5 m radius and 122/69/105 sidecut, the Ace SL shifts from edge to edge with sharp responsiveness, allowing you to link rapid turns without losing stability. The package includes Elan’s Protector 11.0 GW FusionX binding in black, which delivers reliable release performance and GripWalk compatibility for easier walking between runs.

Radius refers to the curvature of the ski’s edge—13.5 m means the ski naturally follows shorter, tighter turns, ideal for slalom-style carving. Sidecut dimensions (tip, waist and tail widths) determine how the ski engages the snow: a wider tip and tail improve grip when leaning into a carve, while a narrower waist makes it easier to pivot into the next turn.
