From the original Timney Safety that was adopted by the US Military in World War II and widely copied, our Timney Safety brings a new level of safety to the M98 series of pistols. The Timney Safety brings with it a new trigger with a proven reliable action that results in a solid trigger pull but separates the safety and the trigger mechanism. This allows the user to keep the trigger in constant tension without sacrificing the tactile feel necessary for a consistent feel for shooting the pistol. Due to the exceptionally crisp trigger pull, the trigger bar will not break or wear as easily as other triggers that have a hammer hook.
