Description
Playful All-Terrain
The Armada ARV 106 is a freestyle-freeride ski built for riders who split time between park laps and off-piste adventures. With twin tips and a versatile waist width, it’s designed to handle everything from pressing rails to floating through soft snow without feeling overly specialized.
Built-In Versatility
The ARV 106’s 106 mm waist strikes a balance between maneuverability and flotation, making it easy to pivot in tight terrain while still keeping you on top of deeper snow. Armada’s AR Freestyle Rocker—gentle rise at tip and tail—lowers swing weight for playful spins and butters, yet maintains edge grip when you bend it into a carve. A 20 m turn radius at 180 cm brings stability at speed without forcing you into overly large arcs.
Shape & Rocker Explained
The ski’s 132/106/125 mm profile means a wider tip and tail for better float and smoother landings, with a slightly narrower waist for quicker edge-to-edge response. The AR Freestyle Rocker profile lifts both tip and tail off the snow sooner, helping you initiate turns with less effort and land jumps more cleanly, while the cambered section underfoot still provides reliable grip on firmer snow.
