The updated Dinosaur Electronics Fan Control Test Board (ELFAN1-TEST) allows for easy connection to the existing Dometic 24VaC furnace fan control board to test the fan operation and also to diagnose faults with the fan control unit (FCU) or valve (VAV). Dinosaur’s new fan control test board comes with a “Red” & Green” LED that verifies the fan operation. The LED turns solid when the fan turns on and power appears on the “AIR” terminal. Green LED indicates the fan is running, powered by “24VAUTO” The Bi-Color LED tells you the status of the fan and that the fan is running. Red LED indicates the fan needs to be started, powered by “VAV” This new DINOSAUR Electronics Exclusive Technology fan control test board not only saves the fan control from wear and tear, prolonging the life of the fan, and also, helps diagnose faults with the fan, valve or sensor.

• Fuse Protected, 3 try operation, Shuts the fan motor OFF a minute and a half after the 3rd ignition try fails to sense a flame., Waits one hour and tries the cycle again before locking out, and having to reset the thermostat., A Bi-Color LED comes on “Green” after the fan comes on and Power appears on the “AIR” terminal. The LED turns “RED” when power appears on the valve terminal.
