These mittens combine a softshell exterior—made of 87% polyester, 11% polyurethane and 2% spandex—with Reusch’s R-TEX® XT membrane to block out moisture while still letting skin breathe. Inside, TecFill insulation traps heat effectively, and the stretchy shell material adapts to active play without restricting movement. Together, these features help maintain a comfortable microclimate around the fingers, so kids can stay out longer and enjoy the outdoors without cold spots or clamminess.

TecFill is a synthetic insulation made from fine microfibers that mimic the heat-trapping ability of down, yet hold onto warmth even if they get damp. It’s lightweight, quick to dry, and keeps its loft over time, ensuring consistent warmth throughout a snowy afternoon.
